Showcase
Located on one of the nicest parcels on Montalvo Road, this family waited nearly eighteen years contemplating the possibilities prior to beginning the process of creating a design which would meet their needs and take advantage ot its beautiful park-like setting. The transformation from 1960s ranch house to the current French ecclectic residence required complete re-organization of the floorplan, substantially higher ceilings, and the addition of significant square footage.

During the course of demolition most of the orginal structure was removed down to the surface of the floor.
| The front portico with its mansard roof, limestone tile paving and wrought iron balustraude provides ample protection to arriving guests. Before you step across the threshhold into the barrel-vaulted entry, the substantial, mohagany-paneled, arched door with diamond sidelights and transom, welcomes you. |
|
| The spacious east-facing rear terrace is large enough to accommodate many guests for an al fresco meal or simply enjoying the morning. This element benefits from wonderful morning sun while taking full advantage of the view across the pool and park-like rear lawn to the tea house/gazebo at the rear of the parcel. |
